As a certified Yoga Instructor with years of experience, I have trained in various styles of yoga and attended numerous workshops and teacher training courses to broaden my knowledge and skills.
In my classes, I strive to create a fun and engaging environment where students can feel supported and encouraged to grow in their practice. I never pressure or force students to be perfect, and instead, I provide the space and guidance for them to work at their own pace and within their own limits. My motto is "one asana never fits all," and I am always happy to offer modifications and variations to cater to each student's unique needs.
